Тя спечели много титли от Световната купа по сноуборд на FIS. Била е финалистка от Зимните олимпийски игри в Сочи и Корея и медалистка от Зимните X игри-САЩ. Александра е тринадесет пъти национален шампион на България 2003-2018 и 67 пъти в топ 10 на Световната купа по сноуборд.
